PEDAGOGICAL AREA

My name is Francesca Zighetti and I have been Pedagogical Coordinator of educational services 0-6 since 2013. I am constantly searching for the best, but above all the most effective, way to support the development of each individual in his uniqueness and complexity. I followed a Master’s degree in Pedagogical Supervision at the Catholic University of Milan, I collaborated as a trainer in the “IN&OUT” project of the Municipality of Milan, for the enhancement of outdoor education and educational contexts based on the concept of “laboratory school” . In the services that I have been coordinating for 10 years, I have built, together with the team and thanks to constant research and training, an educational system that puts children at the center of their growth, development and learning processes. I promote the pedagogy of research and planning, recognizing educators’ role as promoters and directors of the relational fabric, of experience proposals, of a context rich and full of meanings within which boys and girls acquire the basis of their own identity, of own skills and autonomy.
